3) Offer and completion as well as storage of the contract
a) Information on egina.com is a non-binding offer to place an order. In order to place your binding order, please follow the interactive user guide of the ordering platform. Until the confirmation by clicking on the “Order now” button takes place, you can change or delete your entries at any time, or you can stop the order process by closing the page.
b) With your binding order, you are completing the purchase contract from your side. As soon as you receive the notice of acceptance from egina.com, the contract is validly concluded. If you do not get the notice of acceptance from egina.com after two weeks of receiving the confirmation that your order has reached us, it means that your order has been rejected. In that case, the order is no longer binding for you. Caution: the automatic confirmation that your order has reached us does not mean an acceptance of the contract offer.
c) Please note: we store the data from your order for internal purposes, for the effecting of the contract. However, you cannot retrieve this data from us. Therefore, please keep a copy of your order data if possible.

4) Prices and payment
a) The information about the currency of the indicated prices is indicated on the ordering platform for each country of delivery selected.
